Frank Pereira Internet Web Design Contract

This agreement dated and signed will be binding contract to the below

signed company and/or person(s), until the terms of such have been completed.

Frank Pereira has agreed to perform the below services in accordance to

these terms and conditions. This agreement shall be legally binding to all parties

signed below. The client shall agree to pay Frank Pereira by the terms

and conditions of this binding agreement. Frank Pereira offers no previous

promises or agreement to this contract, nor does this contract offer

any extended warranty implied or otherwise without additional expense and/or

fees and subsequent contracts. (A la carte)

Does agree that Frank Pereira has agreed to provide Web Site Design and/or

Graphic Design services with the intention of creating an Internet Presence.

Frank Pereira offers no warranty of service once the Web Site has been completed

and written to CDR or uploaded to its Internet Directories known as completed.

Then time spanned updates are offered/provided as a separate service.

Frank Pereira takes no responsibility for any damage to Hardware/Software

or personal injury caused as a result of this agreement or the product.

The Internet Web and Graphic Design herein known as "The Product" is

Presented on an "as is" basis and It is the sole responsibility of the Client

to provide for Internet hosting (if applicable) also Domain Name Hosting Fee's.

Hosting (if applicable) is your domain account setup for you at www.Powweb.com

And the finding and reserving of the www.yourname.com, org, net, biz etc.

Frank Pereira is a private licensed Web Designer that contracts or is subcontracted in

The Web Design field and complies to his own standards and ethics & provides services

on a contract/ subcontract for hire basis. Prices are seen at www.poushe.com/legal

Frank Pereira reserves the right to terminate this contract at anytime without prior

verbal or written notice if requested information is not obtained by 7-10 working days.

The below signed company and/or persons signed below shall be responsible for full

payment & compensation of services as set upon in this contract with a 50% deposit at signing.

If Frank Pereira is Sub Contracted through a Company, Organization, Other.

Sub-contractor must be able to provide information of images, text, hosting facility, etc.

All content of the product is the sole responsibility of the client and shall be subjected

the existing Laws of the State and Country in which this contract was founded.

All Content acquired through this transaction becomes the Property of Frank Pereira

which may be used for Personal Records, Promotional, and/or Tutorial Situations.

All fee's and compensation as agreed to by this legally binding contract
