2731 New Owner
As Of 9/9/2019 Put 2731 (Deed recording in progress) in my daughter Sandra's name, she is paying back the personal loan I gave her for the house in which I kept in my name because of this Vivicloud.com and now 6 years of unfounded allegations and harasment and the case is closed as DHS Dropped the case (shown in jouinal) Much over the journal's abundance of proof, I and my daughter switched names from mine to hers for my credential benefit since it was a personal loan for her to get the house stated at settlement 6/1/16 to stop city employees targeting her over false allegations and I wanted to make sure my 4 grand children always had a home.
2731 Helen street Neglegence.
Contacted the Owner of 2733 Helen street, all she had to do was get the guys insurance and had the area repaired, Now it is creating a headache of almost a year of neglect. Rain water has gone down the hole washing away the foundation as you can see at the end of the video the pole is aimed n,ne from the car running over it and turning left and hitting our neighbor Rosa. and under ground the pole shifted the dirt along with it shifting the sewer line, recently back in the begining of September 2019 Sandra called Active Drain Cleaning service who could not get to the trap area , from inside, or outside. Sandra was told by the workers she would have to have the sidewalk dug up for it to be repaired correctly. 
We repeatly tried to get the information even giving Rosa's lawyer the videos below to prove her case.
Remember the operator is dead with a needle in his arm. 
Why he abruptly stopped, hit my neighbor. Not to mention he was DEAD, Yes He Overdosed and was dead behind the wheel, the police narcained him 3 times to revive him, the passenger was the one turning the wheel. from the right side. I am fortunate that none of the choldren were outside playing on the sidewalk.
My wife Deborah went to the hospital with Rosa and they were there for hours waiting according to my wife. They had no spanish interpetor (?)
Well the stone was cast into the pond by a person on drugs, then the ripple effect that sent Rosa to the hospital, then the pole knocked over 4ft above ground and 3 ft below which caused damage on 2 properties which are now in need of immediate repair. the unknown insurance co is being seeked by the car accident victim legal aid says Rosa;s lawyer who when last asked was still trying to find the insurance company. (?)
Which leads to the situation we are now in, VICTIMS!
