Let's say if a Doctor asked who is responsible for my breakdown (recently had mini strokes) I would reply Worker 1's name, The Judges name and The City and it's incompetence.
(And believe it or not I just heard they are going back up in front of Hon. J. Irvine for the next hearing, Now this is the same Judge who put the stay way order against me in November 2013 Cram/Iannotti case also 12-5-13 when the kids were removed and never executed it TO PUT A HIT ON SOMEONE IS A "TERRORISTIC THREAT" AND I WAS NEVER ARRESTED, ASKED, SERVED A STAY AWAY ORDER ...NOTHING..SO THIS ISN'T FIXED RIGHT?. So I definitly would love an undercover federal agent in this hearing. He never knew I was in a wheel chair and could do anything for my self let alone anyone else as I require constant companionship, He juust went by the Workers Allegations and believed her? She has over 20 open cases in a year that she worked there? (my flags would be up and waiving) Thanks your honor! YOU ARE WHY THIS SITE EXIST! NO ONE WOULD LISTEN, SO I FIGURE...LET THEM SEE!!!!! I would love to see this go to a grand jury OK Your Honor, ASSUME AWAY! but I do plan on letting the A.D.A. know what's up and I let the F.B.I. know too, you know (The Civil Corruption Unit.. and to this day (since 11-8-2013) I have not seen my grand kids yet and I am handicapped and about to find out what my rights are about the whole case since it started and I caught that C.M. Lieing on the phone and then video taped her public rank in a private home, no of us wanted her there we didn't do anything.) and then made this journal to prove it.. )

And so what happens ? he says Let the past be the past and let it move forth from here (I was not there but heard) I in my opinion think this double talking wacko needs an Evaluation, HE was the one who put the stay away order on a disabled citizen and HE is the one who backed Worker 1's claims and set this ride in motion , now forget about it and just move on? HE now acts like "That was in the past" ?????? Wow and I did this the following day knowing I would not see them still yet again because someone goes against his own rulings? or just dismisses them? and we are just supposed to take it?????? NO WAY ! turning it in.... F.B.I. here comes another letter, See civil workers, they are going to get tired of me soon and DO SOMETHING about it, I did nothing wrong, city employees are passing the buck and wasteing time While I try to help the city move forward, (s.m.h.) (cant figure power trippers out) I have been accused, harrassed, insulted, threatened, and I am Disabled (Numb from neck down) Told I was going to drive a wheelchair from the rest of my life after being a professional all my life? music, editorials, editor, Writer , publisher, illustrator, artist, Photographer, video-taker/editor, audio producer (multiple track mixing, bussing, cd creating and more stage production also *lights*) Science and computer degrees, All wasted because a School bus driver was illegal and left me this way? and had a Judge J. Irvine who don't know me from adam, put a stay away order on me and never executed it? So take away the only thing that's worth keeping up a fight for life? You got it! and accuse me of putting a hit, ghetto remark of course. I am not mafia or would have anything to do with that sort of person, I am a geek that jams who looks like Jerry Garcia a 53 year old AMERICAN man NOT A THUG! THANK YOU! (WEIRDO) and the Judge never met me or asked me anything but went along with it and put MGF Frank Pereira on an A.P.M. stay away order (again I never received) Well A.P.M. take this journal as a "hit", because it's the only hit I know about besides me hitting the seat and breaking my neck. You see I am a journalist and as you see I hit with the truth and I made it ample here in my journal, hey I have nothing to hide, loose and what you going to do? kill me and put me out of my misery? GO FOR IT! I am a concerned grandfather, who heard a lie, concerned father who let his daughter know while being out on the street in a wheel chair because I am also a neighbor. READ ON! and please do remember 1 THING! I never have been arrested in my LIFE! Military Taught, respect and courtesy and the actual REMARK THAT Started me off is at the Santa Gig link as was I never there, served or arrested for a terroristic threat to a civil employee. But when the F.B.I. is done I'm sure they can do quite a few adjustments even with some of them crooked workers Indicted. I'll be more than glad to press charges... I am a quiet person who sits back and observes and takes notes, retrieves information...THEN I OPEN UP! and well as of today, I am 52 years old, recently disabled due to company driver error and waiting 2 1/2 years so far because Philadelphia's School board does not check school bus company's credentials or I would still be normal. And finally as of 4-10-2014, I started to recieve SSI ... my first check I spent on my grand children, have the receipt for 400 dollars of baskets, clothes, toys, gifts that I can not give them, my wife must at the visits as I still am on a stay away order from Worker 1's fabricated allegations (So I am told, as I was NEVER SERVED A STAY AWAY ORDER ! OR AN ARREST FOR TERRORISTIC THREATS, (SO FAR NOTHING) WHY?..BECAUSE YOU LIED TO THE JUDGE!!!! SO AFTER 6 MONTHS, I'M STILL WAITING!, and still nothing! but adding your lies to my book.)Hearing postponed bcause father wants to step up , PLEASE see Abuse link before deciding that...(left, below) Then send them home , you have no reason to prolong this...The Last hearing was May 21st 2014, Recently (see set to fail link) Today the 5-20-2014 I seen the worker from my window (he was wearing a pink/maroon shirt and long hair) and he was in Sandras, he did not take pictures and hollered over to Sandra that this should be over real soon...Seemed OK, But the below is what I heard from last weeks meeting.... The Worker (3) Mr. Bouyer has NOT done any of the paperwork he OPENLY ADMITTED AT C.W.E.P. MEETING! 5-16-2014 (Big Stack (of allegations with no merit) of unfinished paperwork as I was informed, (seems they all have that problem, only write up false papers but can't do the real ones) and pictures from the day they took the kids and Sandra was ripping storage apart to get needs for the children as they were told to move to the grandmothers (my mother in law) and pics from after a basement washer flood, none of them when the place is spotless (remember I visit there and I am O.C.D. as of with my disabilty I putter as I can not stay still long)
And everyday I see in my concrete (front redone) the kids hand and foot print which are way smaller than now showing all the time I lost seeing them. Well worker 3 openly admitted at a pre hearing meeting at the C.W.E.P. building 5-16-2014 (I did not attend, just over hearing the conversation afterwards) There is a 7 page requisition to be filled out for Sandras Parental Capacity Evaluation and only 1 page was filled out by the 2nd worker Amanda, When Worker 3 was asked how much more of it he had completed by the Child Advocate attorney, he responded with NONE! and I have no indication of the case as I have to go through it all (he's been on it a month already and basically has done nothing but show hostile emotions about the case , he knows nothing about.) Also (This P.C.E. should not even be in question as the parenting class gave her a leader status in parenting and a letter of recognition.)???? AND WHAT ARE MY THOUGHTS OF THIS NEGLIGENCE? (ONLY A.P.M.'S INCOMPETENCE! YES! BECAUSE YOU EMPLOYEES AT A.P.M. 1. DO NOT DO YOUR JOBS JUST POINT FINGERS, 2. DO NOT SET UP APPOINTMENTS OR OTHER TASK THAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY YOU HAVE LEFT UNFINISHED 3. CAN HOLD PEOPLES CHILDREN OVER THEIR HEADS TO MAKE THEM DO WHAT YOU SUGGEST!).?? REALLY???? (Kind of like kidnapping with extortion, but it's ok for city employees to do it huh? and a crime when others do it? (F.B.I. Don't think so! Why I called them, you do have to answer to someone!) Also the aunt (present care taker) was not comfortable with a birthday party Worker 3 mentioned? (Yea I heard Cloud said his wish was "I WANT TO GO HOME!" and blew all his candles out in 1 blow. These kids know who their family is and no matter how young (And their little academic intelligence should be proof enough that my daughter has been doing a good job) and I heard the Aunt was a little upset with his wish, PEOPLE! This is all a crime to be putting people through this so some over achiever (see allegations link) who did not agree with my (born Irish Catholic) daughters beliefs or present employment and tried to invoke her beliefs (she is Islamic) and my daughter disagreed and said she felt discriminated upon , Thus stepping on her first amendment rights as an Entertainer, and Sandra went over her head but unfortunately the super backed the worker (same religion I guess) And will and can lie to get a contract as I was even bought into it so video taped the next meeting, and Worker 1 was removed and left Worker 2 with some 20 something open court cases in the 1 year she worked there. ????? So People know Our Children are just Contracts to D.H.S. I witnessed it as she made a call in front of me to her super, I'm willing to take a polygraph because was outside riding the grand kids on my jazzy chair, but over hearing their conversation.) after saying 1 thing to my daughter then Sandra went upstairs for a second , that quick, she called her super and said just the opposite of what she just told my daughter, I never spoke to her again and warned my family , this lady is going to do what ever she can to take these kids (proving me right down to even using a terroristic lie about me??? ) 
Well maybe that's why I didn't die in that incident? The good lord kept me here So I can help fix this and continue being Santa for many people, as we have always helped kids. This has proved nothing and It is has been (at my guess) Very costly, definitely time consuming and traumatic to the kids and family because my daughter would not follow someone else's religeous beliefs (what I see it comes down too) and with the care takers own family issues and lack of funding to them for helping with the kids with passing inlaws and my grand children are in daycare early morning until 6:00 pm? Cloud had a move up day last week (cap and gown and care taker did not even tell their mom, (Care taker has been in control freak mode and restricting our calls) my daughter found the picture on facebook. SO NO JUSTICE FOR THEM EITHER HUH? From Liars to Control Freaks and other new things they are sure to have questions about and speaking of??? When is it going to be about them? All this wasted time and money when the kids can be home, back in a regular school (Vivica now missed a whole year of kindergarden and went backwards to day care/ kindergarden all because someone wanted to lie and get a contract) Lets see they could be in school , have ample baby sitters and around much family and friends, Remember they were in school and living a normal life, not on welfare, mom paid for all doctor visits and utilities and rent (Anthony got his first job this past summer , part time) when Worker 1 UP-ROOTED them from their surroundings and changed their lives because of jealousy, I have seen the care takers facebooks and their is much about baby Jude with the partner, and Vivica will always be my sis in laws fav princess, but nothing much about my little man Cloud, who is the first male in my family in over 20 years as I had all daughters, he should be using a (urinal, & a mens room) and have other boy things and it seems as though he is being over looked. (AND HE IS THE REASON THERE IS A CASE , SEE ABUSE LINK "Proof here") I have remote choppers, cars, drums, a tablet and other BOY TOYS waiting for him to come home, I take them to swim classes my daughter started last year as she is an active mom but this here, this case? This is a lot of nonsence and a real waste of tax dollars and cover ups of workers not completeing their task they were supposed to in a timely matter. All the while they holler don't play the BLAME GAME to cover their lazy butts excuse me but are you fully or mildly retarded? YOU CREATED THESE FALSE ALLEGATIONS & We are proving your lieing and you think that more retaliation will frighten me off? Well it won't and I have the Feds are watching you now!
I am about to blow the whistle on it all, promises not kept but A.P.M. Establishments going up everywhere...spending that budget money huh? When it was supposed to be to help the familys you get involved with, I would love to see you all in for a grand jury investigation and polygraphed so THE TRUTH REALLY COMES OUT! and please don't think I won't, you haven't seen by now I am going full steam ahead and no one's done anything but stay quiet and it's not because I'm disabled, It's because they know it's the truth, I busted them!.. So you are now telling me I have to wait LONGER to see my grand children because these people who are employed by A.P.M. and the D.H.S. all by the city of Philadelphia are not responsible enough to do their jobs so make more work for the parents? (but don't play the blame game! they say) and in a timely matter before a court date that would of ended this hoax? Didn't the city make enough money yet?? THIS IS A SETUP! (All just my opinion) Anthony called about the date on his appointment and they said it was a type-o and rescheduled his psych evaluation right before court 5-9-2014 (same place that said Sandy failed hers, so the worker claimed) so she went to COMHAR on her own and got a REAL P.E. test done and passed with flying colors and they want to close the case, Sandra asked it to be remained open until this is over for therapy reasons even though they would like to close her out.) and courts not until 5-21-2014 and the worker refused to set Anthony up a Domestic Violence Class ( as there are none for abused men, even though he wasn't, just another worker 1 fabrications) so if the results are not in will they use it to still keep the kids away? Sandra and Anthony are not married, they are room mates (that ended up having a baby and they are dealing with it) and Ants willing to move in with his dad until his task are complete so the kids can come home with Sandra. So the real reason this case even started is under the Abuse link "Proof here" and all in the while Sandra completed ALL the task she was given. Parenting Classes, Domestic Violence, Psychiatric Evaluation; and Drug test, everything in the court order with letters of recomendations. Worker 3 said she seemed pretty compliant but Anthony still has task unfinished (because of them) that may hinder the kids coming home, So Anthony is willing to move out until finished and I can help my daughter with her rent with my SSA Award until she's on her feet. & Yet now has another task not in her court order, it was in the kids court order that she prove herself one more time by a Parental Capacity Evaluation (In which the D.H.S. Worker 2 was supposed to set up and never did and neither did worker 3 who hates paperwork) So now will be late for court, just another reason to hold the kids in my opinion, am I not right? * The city's gotta make that money!*) they said superviser Lee gave a phone statement in the 2nd hearing and mentioned our name again saying we do not support our daughter ??? But she did pass her & freely went to a Psychiatric Evaluation by a reputable company. (WHAT THIS JOURNAL IS ABOUT? I SUPPORT MY DAUGHTER! LIAR! ) all LIES! My daughter is brilliant and reads, she does not revolve around a television , they go out and do things! So she went to a diffrent place had another test done for fair results & PASSED & with a high 5 and a letter also which is posted. and by the way Ms LEE you don't know me and if my name comes up in this next hearing other than I support my daughter this time? you better have a good lawyer because I'm taking you for all you have! (CIVIL SUIT) and giving it to my grand kids for the HELL you put them through! "Already working on that false hit remark" So I have contacted Everyone from the block capt. to the Governor and now the F.B.I. Look people believe me as long as I am alive, I will bust everything that goes on with A.P.M. after what they put my family through and as I been contacted by many other families through social networking, I am now thinking about setting up an online workshop ANTI-A.P.M. So others can post their horror stories from this agency.
& Why does everyone seem to have different court orders? Proven in my journal, Sandra, Anthony, The children, A.P.M. this is a lot of waisted tax dollars (click the left links) The Children should be sent home, This is all a cover up which I proved, there is no reason for them to continue at the aunts house and keep this circus going and I need my little miracle workers, helpers, inspiration, therapy coordinators that keep me going in a positive way, Really! (observation) There has been no worker that has been at Sandra's house since the kids were taken. Only 1 time I know of Amanda (Worker 2, I never met her.) showed up said it was a little messy (they were going through clothes and bio fathers storage to get rid of it because of mold smells) but didn't take pics and no one since, and none of the "said court ordered" meetings occured. Sandra is not married and they are treating them as individuals.. (The way A.P.M. is going on you'd think she tried driving them into the ocean *seen on news of other mother* and wasted tax money on this? smh.) And still my name is involved as my wife asked last week if I could see the kids and they said I was under stay away (that I was never served), and my wife defended me and said I was NEVER LEGALLY SERVED! Time to clear my name , NOW YOU ARE TITLEING ME! and no stranger to law and my rights. And not afraid to narc ANY OF YOU OUT! After Workman's Comp prolonging my recovery and going past the statutes for other claims by taking their sweet time. I had other situations and can't persue due to the prolonged wait and awaiting the final hearing verdict from a deposition hearing, still as of 04/21/2014 (bus co took the 5th) 2 1/2 years now! So in the spare time helping my daughter save my grand children from a CORRUPT City Agency, Who I am seeking aid because it all appears to be a personal attack against me with out merit to dis involve me from my daughters case because I caught the civil worker 1 lieing and had her video taped in OUR property for proof. (see my thoughts link) with no proof and the mental anguish and fall out that has become of me from worry and seeing my daughter traumatized! This APM Organization is out of control workers have 15-25 open court cases and some workers are still in training, but can remove children??? We noted other workers who seen things also and some hearing our story either have left the agency or previous D.H.S. workers in the begining wished to not be involved after seeing the corruption also wish names not to be mentioned, What the hell is all this? Remember I'm an Introvert who is an observer and quite opinionated just not at a room full of people, better on paper when I could write, Well CIVIL Workers from the Mayor , Down! have to answer to some one and I know who and all this B.S. is now being handed to...

Is very corrupt and I have proof all over this site (journal) I am also tired of all the lies and switching attorneys, switching court appointed officials, Judges and all the run arounds to different visitation locations knowing, I am physically disabled and unable to go to these place's while I have not talked to or seen my grand children going on 5 months, We claimed them on our taxes and supported our daughter for 5 years we have the documentation, so does the I.R.S. This is time that I'll never get back all because of a civil workers lies and falsifying reports and the super visor is backing it and this is supposed to be ok? And for being professionals who claim their goal is to Unify Family's ? It's more like setups and finger pointing and trafficking to me as my calls are not answered or returned and this has alienated my wife from her family and me from everyone and I was a professional Santa for 25 years this year and don't want to do it this year! yet the reason I believe I am still alive after the above incident, I am seeking professional help for thoughts to just vanish after I settle, as I see no reason to continue my prolonged state if I have mental anguish to accompany my fight for therapy and to have some kind of normal life (no feeling from neck down because of some driving a school bus without a license and I blame the city of PHILADELPHIA and it's incompetence for my disability!
Now to reiterate, Worker 1 below has been replaced since I released the video of her lies.. I am disabled and told by the social worker we were not allowed at the hearing (although she made us sign papers at the 1st meeting at C.W.E.P. Building) and our names have been drug into this when she does not live at our address. She is a single mom with her own house a few doors away, independent , smart and a victim not an abuser!
So Why is this still ongoing? (The question that got us here, my daughter wanted to speak to a supervisor after a year of harrasement) I have since turned this entire case over to complaints.philadelphia@ic.fbi.gov YES! I turned it over to the FEDS for corrupt civil employees. So how did this become about my daughter Sandra? She was not involved, she was decorating her home for Christmas (My Santa Site). She lives 4 doors up the street from me so...
Why now take the kids from my family a year later? and on what grounds? Actual proof not just your allegations? or I will petition a lie detector test on A.P.M. even if I have to pay for it. I made this site to show 1. My daughter isn't lieing 2. to prove there was NO REASON TO REMOVE CHILDREN FROM THEIR SAFE HOME!
Princess Vivica, Sir Cloudington and Sir Judian Giavanni as you see our grand kids WANT FOR NOTHING and the mom is great wth them, We take care of them when she works as to save on baby sitters and we are a close family (and that seemed to annoy the worker, my opinion she seemed very jealous of my daughter and her simple life and thought she should do more with it.) When I mentioned When I get my settlement from a workmans comp injury I was buying the dwelling for her and the kids she said Oh No, they have to move from here there are to many violations, I was dumbfounded! (and did let the landlord know j.i.c. they tried pointing at him.) 1. That she cut me off mid sentence and acted like MY mother? excuse me WE LIVE IN AMERICA RIGHT? 2. When does some over ambitious youngster tell me I can't buy my daughter a home (up the street from my home around the neighborhood she grew up in? ) Who does this A.P.M. worker think she is, I KEEP MY FAMILY IN LINE! DHS was never called on my family! 
I know how to run a company, deligate jobs out etc. so a family is easier, I would like to know? Who's this amateurer C.M. think she's playing with? 1. Show respect for your elders, especially when you represent the city and are a civil worker and dress appropriately.) 2. My wife and I also have claimed them on our taxes for the last 4-5 years. So what about grand parents rights? Also covered by the ADA (Americans Disability Act) as I can rarely leave my home and spend most of my time in bed from a Broken Neck. Every thing I put here is true and willing to take a polygraph so I can get help getting my daughter gettting my grand children home. I hope them to be my summer physical therapy and to keep me vital and active. I put my self under a personal stay away order but A.P.M / D.H.S. *who ever they are* pulled my name into it, (bad move, didn't know I was a reporter ) The worker was so threatened by I and my wifes knowledge that the supervisor said IN COURT from what I'm told "I threatened to put a HIT on her" (Ghetto in court , WOW!) I'm waiting for the trans scripts so I can file charges and more against the "Fabricated Allegations" to which they have no proof from the agency who took my grand children, But I do have proof of what I was talking about

I'm an open book and never been arrested in my life :) but you told a Judge that, so it was recorded and it discredits me and now I have to clear my name. (which makes the worker now a target of a civil suit, the agency and city targets for a multi million dollar suit as soon as I get the transcripts) I was in an accident/incident on a school bus and for the last 2 years my grand children have been keeping me alive and giving me a will to live with out them I will not get the excercise I was used to with these 2 active, fun little souls. (Now 3) They saved Me & and I let everyone know it. They get me to go outside, play, ride them on my Jazzy power chair toss balls, watch them ride their bikes while mom deals with the baby, etc.
Update 12-25-2013 We got to see the kids for Christmas, There was no call, pre inspection anything and me living close by you would think after them allegations there would of been police presence for the visit..but nothing they came for 10 hours we all cryed for half of it...Then they were ripped away again and we were told no more home visits because the care taker couldn't take it, and refuses to answer for the court appointed 3 day 7pm calls, but I'm the problem ? ..why because I use this precious gift of mine called a brain and document EVERYTHING!
I am the father of Sandra Pereira who is a good parent. proper english and good Irish Catholic ethics. I made this site to express my opinion in this situation because I was never asked. Sandra is a good mom and always puts her kids first. She had no indication of the incident concerning her son who was away on a sleep over with his aunt and a few neighbor kids. She was at our home getting together Christmas decorations to surprise her children with the decorations up and holiday atmosphere about. I have been a professional Santa Claus for over 24 years and I have seen neglected children, abused children and needy children through out my career and D.H.S Needs to close her case and move on to one that needs their service. Her present A.P.M worker has put them in terrible situations and then scolding her for not completing task (she was pregnant through this whole ordeal ) when she was told by an exterminator to bag certain things and watch out for 3 days this man and to leave the dead roaches behind the refrigerator so the others would spread the poison (it has been cleaned since and it worked) He came and did his job every Friday which actually was no help at all because the worker made her visits on Fridays at 6:00 making Sandra run around doing task and she had to go in and out of the dwelling in order to do so (she was pregnant around pesticides) because of the workers time schedule she had her on.. Her landlord never fixed the yard drain and she had a flood from a washer problem and still dealing with stuff from a washer malfunction (wet clothes went moldy and were thrown out) in which she had to bring all the stuff from the basement up stairs. The worker took it upon herself to take pictures and did not ask anyone to sign a release form (which is an invasion of privacy) She never took pictures when the house was clean only when it was cluttered and 2 lil ones and pregnant she kept up the best she could... The worker basically led Sandra on (lied) for almost a year with false promises and a bunch of no shows false promises , she also did it to the aunt who is now their care taker ,way out of Philly limits. Then lieing saying Sandra refused it. (I told her to get it all in writing and the worker refused because she knew I was on to her game (Sandra was with my wife and I getting Christmas decorations up with 10 or more witnesses reason neighbors all signed her petition), and why now after a whole year??? if she was so unfit why weren't they taken back in the begining? back a year ago when all these allegations that are now coming to light were supposed to date back a year why now? ) She didn't have a case. Even in August A.P.M. had a meeting in which Sandra and Anthony and my wife Deborah and my self attended and every one was given task to complete in which Sandra and Anthony and our selves finished and A.P.M. did not complete one. Not even the promised tokens were available. Recently a domestic dispute occurred between Sandra and one of her siblings (none of them live at home, all on their own) (the police would not even get involved) and the worker forced Sandra to move to her grand mothers in Lansdowne pa , but expected her (now with a newborn baby) to travel every day to make sure the kids went to school all the way here in Northern Liberties. making Sandra pay for all expenses as well as us and bullying her into what ever she wants always threatening to take my grand kids away (mental anguish, harassment, abuse of power) I am disabled from a school bus incident 2 years ago and barely able to get around also about to invoke my grand parents rights to see my grand children with out her workers permission the woman talks and lies to my daughter plays like she is her friend and blames accusations her supervisor (who was there 1 or 2x's in the whole year)
In the pic to the left Sandra is the bunny, I am the photographer. Sandra's willing to do any job to support her kids my daughter who is a home body with the children can be being home with her kids and interacting only with other moms. She was not on welfare and self supporting (Until worker 1 told her to go on it or loose her kids ) (Sandra paid for her kids doctor visits) the kids dad wa a dead beat drug addict since she met him and to this day has records showing no change in 7 years. (until recently I was told only because he is now with my grand daughters preschool teacher???? He always stalked Sandra but this is a new low, see "Proof here" link on left) I'm the only male in their lives and we have a good bond. She has been the Easter Bunny, maid, dancer, dunkin donuts, self taught Chef and more and rarely asked us her parents for anything. (When she gets her kids home we will all volunteer to baby sit so she can go to school like she plans as she did learn some things from this ordeal.) Also in the Good Mom Photos above you see her working Dunking Donuts and taking her kids to different places she does not deserve this type of teratment 
but none of the allegations (Fabrications) she is being charged with are true, she has family all around, a job waiting for her for a while, and lost a job due to this case she is a dancer and an office cleaner (maid) even at 8 months pregnant to make her rent. Remember she is a single parent, doing what she can to be a supportive mother, but calling my daughter a prostitute is slander and making all these allegations are purging we witnessed most of this year long night mare but never was questioned by anyone and my daughter Trish who is named had nothing to do with anything. Why are all the allegations lies? does she think she can't be sued? because we are all about to nail her, the supervisor, the agency and the city for Slander, False testimony, and may even call in the media we have proof, (as you see) she has her mouth and a corrupt spvr to agree.. I think they should pull out a polygraph machine for this. My daughter was not thrown out of the hospital, my wife was thrown out from the hospital for defending her daughter when a worker was speaking allegations in front of the children. In my Opinion "this has been a botched investigation from the beginning" when the hospital sent cloud home from the hospital with a broken wrist (trying to cover their selves now but I have the report.) from his incident that Patrick Austin admitted to in court, this Case was never about Sandra until she utilized the chain of command to find out why it was still open . I have put up recent pictures to prove the workers theory is hypothetical and she is purging herself with these allegations, pictures she took without anyone's consent showing people about sandys house (in black and white phone cam shots?) who will press charges for invasion of privacy, and to make her and the kids leave after having them enrolled in school and getting new beds and other little things Sandra had to do with either a new born or pregnant down to Clouds therapy appt. Sandra tried to have moved to make it easier, the worker said no so they went from school to home (Lansdowne) which interfered with her fathers therapy from an accident at work they are also care givers as I have no income and Sandy helps when she can. (see link for Doctors document to the left or below) Sandra has single handed kept a roof over her and her family's head for over 2 years with barely any help from others, even though she has plenty of family around. The Children are always supervised and their grand parents, family and neighbors we all play a significant role in their livesSandra and Anthony offered numerous times to be tested for Drug abuse and then they were declined saying it's not necessary..(but can put in their findings they are on drugs?) (I witnessed that in my wheel chair and the case was closed immediately when seen they roll their own cigarettes) so why is this one still open? She willing took and passed the drug test. and willing to give a blood test if they ordered it.
Also there were 2 more familys we found who had the same worker, exterminator, problem with kids being removed ..seems like a system setup....

How do I include in this? They put my wife and my name on the list at the first meeting (never having a second making me wait there disabled for hours and no notification it was cancelled ) dragging us into it. Also as I said
I have been a professional Santa Claus for over 24 years and I know about children and more than you can imagine, some things they hold in all year just to tell me..Try doing my job, (Child Psychiatry 101, Advocate of the year!) but I know abuse of power when I see it and this is clearly a case of my daughter stepped on toes and this is retaliation.And at the last hearing Nov 22nd 2013 the suervisor said "I said was was getting millions and said I was putting out a contract on them??? (she or some one over heard me *eaves dropping* talking about my Santa Claus contracts and the suit I was wearing looked like Miracle on 34th st and I would like to get a contract with her (the suit) and I got a contract out of state if I accepted it, but would not be able to enjoy my job with the situation the way it was with my grand children. I get contracts from multiple companys for commercials or appearences but somewhere it got twisted around, like they did with my daughter saying my daughter is being a prostitute and all she is is a dancer (she has no proof of these allegations, it's only here say) oh yea and I supposedly gave them the finger when I have barely any control of my hands and they bend in weird angles that my wife has to smooth them out (Remember I broke my neck 2 years ago at work and they knew I was suing workmans comp, now trying to use it against me like they are doing with everything else) which when I get a copy of the trans scripts (the supervisor said to the worker the fridge is always empty , show us the pictures- in which the worker replied I don't have any their refrigerator is always full (there's #1) and I see my name (All the paper work to different people all have different information on it.).... IT'S CIVIL LAWSUIT TIME!!! & D.H.S. & A.P.M. are the agencies I am going after for wrongful alegations, falsifying documents, lieing under oath, Slander, misleading the public, waisting tax dollars, trying to ruin my family business
and Saying our family is bad influence? (Why because we are minorities?) They think nothing of trying to sabatage a 23 year career with children, yet the case was never about us, we took Cloud to the hospital but was never questioned about anything yet we seen the whole year unfold, witnessed a lot of propaganda and abuse of authority. Look Folks... I AM DISABLED AND HANDICAPPED PEOPLE! and yes I am temporarily on meds for pain so see my doctor, and a little over emotional when it comes to putting my kids down when they work hard, The Doctor oh wait thats right see the note to the left bottom link, they don't respect that either... Which means they are above the law huh?The petition is in Sandras Possession that has been signed by 90% of her neighbors that she is a good parent and keeps her children accordingly. and the charges bought upon her are false. like the refridgerator comment so are the rest.
