Mr Pereira's Statement:

Damage done to vehicle Honda Accura 2004 purchased 7 weeks prior at Best buy imports located 40 hundred Frankford ave.

The owner is disabled and purchased the vehicle for medical and therapy appointments, The automobile being placed in a parking area was hit by a driver not paying attention to the road, using a phone in hand and clearly under the influence of some sort of drug.

A dashcam evidence of driver of other vehicle admitting fault. 

The evidence also proves Mr.Pereira was parked in his vehicle. Visible scratchs and dents, front wheel un linement damage, frame bent, & radiator now leaks, and left side is off balance besides electric doors not working, thus leading to the rear hatch door lock does not work, 
all confirmed by Mrs Pereira.
